Other Things to Note

• All guests must be registered with building management before arrival. Please provide the full legal name of every guest requiring building access. Unregistered guests will not be issued access credentials.
• Valet parking is available through the hotel for an additional nightly fee (currently $60 per night, subject to change). Fees are paid directly to the hotel.
• Lost or unreturned key cards are subject to a $50 replacement fee.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the residence or throughout the property. Violations may result in substantial fines in accordance with building regulations.
• Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing before arrival and permitted by current building policies.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced to preserve the residential environment for all owners and guests.
• The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age and may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
