This privately owned residence is located at 2201 Collins Avenue, a property that previously operated as W South Beach. The hotel is currently closed, and the property is operating with limited amenities and services as it transitions toward the anticipated opening of Waldorf Astoria Miami Beach in late 2027.

The following amenities are currently available:

• Access to designated pool and beach areas
• Fitness center
• Residential concierge from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Valet parking at the property’s current rates

The property is not currently offering a full-service hotel experience. Hotel-operated restaurants, bars, in-room dining, hotel housekeeping, luggage storage, laundry services, room-charging privileges, and certain recreational amenities are unavailable.

Construction is expected to begin later in 2026 and will progress in phases. Once work begins, guests may experience noise, vibration, dust, odors, temporary utility interruptions, elevator limitations, modified access routes, temporary closures, or other operational impacts. Amenities, services, and access arrangements may change as the project progresses.

Five Star Luxury Travel will remain your primary point of contact for your reservation, housekeeping, maintenance within the residence, linens, towels, toiletries, and other residence-specific needs. The building’s Residential Team will assist with arrivals, building access, life-safety matters, and questions regarding currently available property amenities.

Before arrival, guests must provide the required occupant registration information and review and sign the building’s Short-Term Rental Acknowledgment. Incomplete or late registration may delay the issuance of building access credentials.

This is a privately owned and professionally managed residence. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or managed by the former hotel operator or the future Waldorf Astoria Miami Beach.
